Clean store, i love that it is within walking distance to most hotels. A variety of warm foods available to choose from. We are glad it is part of the Kroger Food chain. So we were able to use our Kroger's card and save
Ralph's is my choice of grocery stores and I go to many around the different areas. However, what they all have in common is their deli.Department is not great.They take forever.They don't pay good attention to the customers.They cut your cheese and it's all stuck together.And messy every single time and about 30 percent of the time, they give me the wrong meat.If I don't check it, I get home and I have turkey instead of chicken. Also, about 1 time out of 10, they charge me for something and do not put in the bag or cart. Complete frustration. However, the deals are good and parking is easy. Service on the sales floor is not great lately. No one every around to help with finding an item or if they even had that item.
I want to warn shoppers to be be very aware of water on the floor at this store. Multiple times now I've seen spills that go unnoticed as in the picture here someone plopped down a yellow sign but did not bother to dry up the water and this isn't the first time I've walked into water at the store. Just a heads up.
My favorite shopping place in the city. Not the cheapest but pretty cheap. I love the fuel credit and nice selection of goods. I'm a professional chef and picky about what I eat. I enjoy food and prices from all the departments. I've been going there a few years because it's conveniently located across the street from my gym. After workouts I make the mistake of shopping hungry and buy more than I probably need. The staff is very friendly and helpful, as I also use their pharmacy which is a great operation. They are very friendly and helpful too. Thanks for the great shopping experience
This Ralphs is always a reliable place to shop. The store is clean, well-organized, and offers a great selection of fresh produce, sushi, and everyday groceries. Prices are reasonable, and the location is very convenient. Staff members have been friendly and helpful during my visits, making the overall shopping experience smooth and pleasant. Definitely one of the better grocery options in the area.
