5 stars! This little flower shop is a true gem. The service was warm, friendly, and personal—everyone clearly loves what they do and knows their craft inside and out. The flowers I bought were incredibly fresh and lasted much longer than I expected. But what really impressed me were the designs—creative, unique, and beautifully put together. You can tell they don’t just make arrangements; they create art. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Extremely Disappointing Experience After 10+ Years of Loyalty I’ve been a loyal customer of French Tulip for over a decade, but my recent experience was shockingly poor. I purchased a floral arrangement for Mother’s Day, only to have the flowers rot and develop mold within three days. When I called to ask if this was typical, the person on the phone dismissed my concerns, stating that they “couldn’t guarantee anything” and that this was “normal.” At these prices, that response is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the service in-store was equally unprofessional. While I stood at the counter holding the flowers I intended to buy, the staff member ignored me for five full minutes, choosing instead to take photos of arrangements rather than assist a paying customer. It’s disheartening to see how far this business has declined. If you’re looking for high-quality flowers and attentive service, I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
