The flowers I got delivered genuinely look nothing like the pictures displayed online. It is clear that the picture is touched up to make the flowers look fresher and for the bouquet to seem fuller, when in reality the state of the flowers are so underwhelming, the quantity of flowers is SO much less than what is displayed online, the bow attached is cheap and not beautifully knotted as shown in the images. This is so incredibly disappointing given how expense they’re usually priced at. Very very upset
This is for public awareness. If I could give a negative star I will. I've ordered online from Canada. I have paid everything including deliveries, taxes etc. I've ordered a bouquet of birthday flowers for my fiancee who works in the hospital in San Francisco, she waited the whole day and ask everyone but there was no deliveries happened. It cost me almost $150.00. when me and fiancee try to call them they keep on rejecting our calls so it seems they are guilty, and they can't even provide any proof of deliveries. So people be aware. They didn't returned my payment. I got scammed
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give negative stars I would. They screwed up my order twice, never knocked to deliver them (I worked from home that day), and when I asked 1800FLOWERS to try a different florist, they said they'd deliver them the next day (in time for my event), but the other florist would have to pick up the last one. I told them that it was fine, but they needed to call and arrange a time as I was headed out of town for the weekend. I get a call that their driver was at my door after I am gone and a demand to come back in town so they could pick up their screw ups because "they've lost money on this order". For $80 I expect to get what is advertised (white pitcher), not a Trader Joe's flower run stuck in a cheap vase (rose pitcher).
I live in Vegas so i was google flowers shop near USF so i found Monica's Florist. I order a flower from Monica's Florist for my daughter birthday. They did wonderful job with the flowers arrangement and the service was fast. The flower made it to her birthday. Thank u Monica's Florist!
I'm sure that the services here are great, but I just cannot believe the prices. I was charged $76.43 for 10 roses and baby's breath. I called earlier that day to ask what it would be for that exact order, and I was quoted for $50. Given that this is Valentine's Day, I understand why this was more expensive than normal. But the lady up front just made up these numbers. I also overpaid for 10 roses. this is the first time I've bought a bouquet of roses for someone, so I didn't know what to expect. But, I was in a little bit of a rush so I just went to the closest flower shop to me. I knew that trader Joe's sold roses, but I didn't expect them to have any given the day. I later stop by trader Joe's after the flower shop just to check, 12 roses is $10. I could probably also buy twice as much baby's breath for another $10, and put it together myself in 5 or 10 minutes. Tldr, go to trader Joe's for your roses, save $60.
