I had a wonderful experience with this flower shop! Alejandra helped me from start to finish and was incredibly personable and helpful. I called from out of state with questions, and she went above and beyond to make every detail perfect for my mother-in-law’s special gift. The arrangement turned out absolutely gorgeous, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of beautiful flowers and exceptional service! There is a photo showing what I ordered and I got the birthday balloon and the pastel sitting garden bouquet!
I went in on a Monday, early afternoon looking for some flowers for Valentine’s Day. Not only are the prices cheap and reasonable, the staff were super helpful with recommendations and answering my questions, and they were so friendly! I bought some flowers and ordered an arrangement, I was first going to get them delivered and the delivery fee was so cheap! I did opt out to picking them up instead. I’ve already recommended them to many of my friends and family and will definitely be going back. The photo I’ve included are flowers I bought from them but attempted to arrange myself, their bouquets were definitely much nicer. I’ll include a picture of theirs when I pick up my arrangement:)
Pedro is so great. Reliable and nice. His flowers are a good quality. We Place Large orders from him weekly as well as last minute orders and he always can accommodate this I highly recommend us. I highly recommend him.
Been trying to reach The Willow Flowers all morning to check on the delivery time for a Mother’s Day flower delivery for today and so far no one has picked up the phone. There was no update other than the order confirmation. Starting to worry about if this place is able to fulfill this important order, I should’ve checked the google reviews earlier as their only existing Yelp review was a 5 star rating.
Ordered flowers for valentine’s day. Never got delivered. Called to rearrange another time and they assured they “deliver very late.” Flowers still not delivered. They are currently not answering my phone calls so I cannot even get a refund. Can’t help but think this place is a scam.
