So this place charged me way too over price! My brother in law ordered around 20 of similar floral arrangements around $260. I’m from far away so I didn’t know anything about flowers and prices. I called in and they showed me pictures sample of their arrangements.. they give me prices… all around $500-700. I thought funeral arrangements are expensive now. So I just went ahead and paid around $620. Not knowing that $260 flower vs $620 are about the same size! I got scammed!!! I called in and she said my type of flowers are more expensive… ok.. there are no way 3x more expensive! they just want to over charged people from different state! she didnt even wanting to refund some money back.. but keep on telling me that my flowers are more expensive… it shouldnt be 3x more expensive!

I inquired Van’s service to make a flower arrange for my Uncle’s funeral. I was told that she had very limited flowers and had lavender flowers. We agreed that the arrangement can be made with lavender and white as the arrangement is for a man funeral. It was to my disappointment when the floral arrangement was made with a variety of bright colors that were inappropriate and disrespectful for the situation. I am extremely disappointed in Van!
I couldn’t be happier or more appreciative. Van helped me find something exceptional within my budget for my Aunt’s memorial wreath, and even came in early on a Saturday morning for pickup. We will definitely be using her again for future floral needs.
My sister and I walked in today and were warmly greeted :) we told her we wanted a bouquet for our mom’s birthday and gave her a few color choices. She asked us for our budget and created such a beautiful bouquet in such a short time span. She was very sweet and we learned that she’s been a florist for 30 years. Would absolutely recommend this store to anyone!!
