Great price and friendly service! They even took out a particular flower and replaced it with one of my choosing. So...basically a custom bouqet for under 30 dollars. Extremely happy with the flowers and I think she will be too. :0)
You’re going to be very disappointed if you order from here. Don’t waste your time or money. I bought sympathy flowers for my cousin’s funeral that was held at a funeral home around the corner from this flower shop because I live on the East coast and couldn’t make it. I never got an order confirmation email that I paid and I never got confirmation that the flowers I paid for were even delivered to the funeral home. Receiving a photo of the delivered flowers and card would have gave me piece of mind. Also I checked my bank statement and saw I was charged much more than what I agreed to at the checkout page.
My friend ordered flowers for her Mother's Birthday, and they did not deliver!!! They were rude!! and never freekin called her to compensate for their horrible mistake!! DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM !! YOULL REGRET IT!!!
Do NOT buy from this place. I ordered flowers for a colleague who was mourning a loss, specifying delivery for the next day. Three days later, they still haven't been delivered. No one answered either of their listed numbers. Yet they somehow accepted my payment. This place is a rip-off; do NOT order from them. I was trying to support a local business but now I feel like a sucker.
"We ordered flowers for our loved ones funeral three weeks in advance, with a confirmed delivery date a day before the service. On the day of the funeral, the flowers were nowhere to be found. Our family couldn't properly mourn because we were on the phone with the shop/owner. The service was delayed, and when the owner finally arrived, he was rude, unapologetic, and only brought part of the order. He had the audacity to ask if we needed the remaining items right then, which further delayed the service. We will never do business with them again. The poor communication, lack of time management, and disrespectful attitude are a disservice to the community." I rate them a 2 rather than a 1, only because the floral arrangements were beautiful, but overall service and the owners attitude was POOR. This community deserves to be respected, especially during our time of loss.
