We ordered a spray to be delivered at the church. The floral spray was absolutely gorgeous. The flowers were fresh and arranged beautifully. The spray was delivered and set up as we requested.
I have ordered arrangements from Enchanted several times. They have always been beautiful and lasted. Unfortunately, this arrangement started wilting within hours of delivery. Why am I still giving 5 stars? Because, after a very pleasant conversation with Lance, my wife had a replacement within a hour. The care taken on the replacement was apparent and incredibly beautiful. I find that many establishments have forgotten what customer care is. Enchanted has not! Thank you and I will be back again soon.
I love using Enchanted Florist. The quality of the arrangements is amazing and the customer service is beyond expectations. They always make sure that the flowers are delivered on time and correctly. Support small business as it supports the community, it’s a win-win.
Great service, product and turn around time! I ordered flowers around 11am and they were delivered within a couple of hours. I purchased the florist’s choice and so happy I did! Would 10/10 recommend.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. I paid about $130 for a customized anniversary bouquet (their “Designer Floral Arrangement”) and what I received was a very small, underwhelming bouquet that was nowhere near worth the price charged. The service was equally frustrating. They did not notify me of any issues until I returned to the store at the scheduled pickup time. At that point, they told me they would “add more flowers” but only after the owner returned—an hour later, which was already past my pickup time. I needed the arrangement ready for dinner, and despite paying for a premium arrangement, I did not receive the size or quality I ordered in time. To make matters worse, they refused to issue me a refund. Instead, they only offered store credit, which I declined—I have no intention of returning because I cannot trust their service or pricing again. Overall, the flowers were overpriced, the arrangement did not match what I paid for, and the customer service was unprofessional. I would not recommend this florist to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality arrangements for important occasions.
