This time, I ordered a fresh flower arrangement, and when DoorDash cancelled the order for no reason, I was devastated. I received a 1-1.5 foot, lackluster arrangement that only had a few purple/orange flowers in it. It's completely different from the "Designer's Choice" that I purchased, which is supposed to be 24-36 inches tall (double) with large “red, white, and pink blooms.” NONE of these expectations were met. My delivery driver waited for 1.5 hours while the florist took their time to put the arrangement together. Given their Google reviews, I had high expectations -- so I swallowed the delay and increased my driver tip. Due to the florist, we received the arrangement 1.5 hours later than the scheduled delivery time. I paid nearly $200 for this a day in advance. Given that it's Valentine's day: if the florist couldn't handle the order, then they shouldn't have taken it. This was a cash grab at best and fraud at worst. There are plenty of great florists in the tri-valley area, and I regret giving this one a chance on such an important occasion.
