This florist does not even deserve 1 star review. The WORST quality of flowers & customer service! My husband ordered an arrangement for my birthday (from 1-800 Flowers of which they are contracted with) that was not only late on delivery, not even the same arrangement but the quality of the flowers were brown, hot and wilted. I don't even know where the idea of green wilted leaves came from?? When I called the flower shop the lady (Assistant Manager of 5 years) who answered the phone seemed flustered and annoyed that I had a complaint. She did not even know the email address for me to email the owner the pictures of what I received versus what we ordered. She did not even apologize or offer a resolution, but simply said she would leave a message for the owner. I would NOT recommend this florist for anything but maybe a balloon order. You can see from the pictures what we thought we were going to receive versus what they actually delivered.
