The arrangement that was delivered looks nothing like the online image I ordered to be sent to a friend (see photos). If she hadn’t written to thank me and included a picture of the arrangement, I would never have known. I do understand that flower substitutions are sometimes made but this arrangement isn’t even close to what I ordered and frankly looks awful to me. Very disappointed and don’t recommend.
