Horrible customer service. Told us an orchid was $25 per stem and then we waited for over 20 min while she was helping another customer. Then after waiting she told us it would be $50 per stem because of human labor and vase and extras. She then proceeded to “call her boss” to see if we could get a discount for buying the orchids in bulk and then proceeded to talk poorly and even insulted us on the phone while we were just sitting there. We literally had to get up and leave because she treated us so poorly. Do not support this business. They do not know how to talk nicely to their customers and instead would rather berate them.

I live in New York and there was a devastating situation with my family who live in Agoura Hills. I called Westlake Florist and confirmed with them that they do same-day delivery as their website says. The woman on the phone had clear communication and confirmed they do same-day delivery. It was a $25.00 delivery fee. I picked out the "French Garden" bouquet from the website. The lady reassured me that they may not be able to make it look exactly like the photograph but they can get pretty close. I said I wanted the color scheme. It was 1:45 PM California time, and she reassured me they would be there by 5:00 PM. I got an email that they arrived at 3:03 PM California time. The total was $155.00 for the standard French Garden bouquet and delivery. It was easy to order, they accepted my card over the phone, included a message on the card and speedy delivery. Thank you! If my family chooses to send me a picture, I will upload it here. Otherwise, they were very surprised and happy and said receiving this helped.

I couldn't be more pleased with the sympathy arrangement I ordered. I did it all online, and the process was quick, thorough and easy.
