Highly recommend! Ordered a table centerpiece for my mother's birthday dinner. Explained she was picky about flowers and thus I wanted something elegant and unique and varied but not too color flashy. I definitely was trying to avoid the cookie cutter nationwide 800 or tele predesigned pieces. Melissa listened and had lots of ideas. Seemed to love the challenge and artistic freedom. Importantly she assured a timely delivery to the restaurant for the celebration. Being out of state I took the chance based on Google reviews and will certainly go back whenever I need flowers. On top of being very easy to order from and more than fair on the price given the assignment... Melissa nailed the design and quality of flowers and had a seamless delivery. Made for an extra special birthday and was very much appreciated by the recipient. I know you'll be happy with your experience here if in the market for flowers for a special occasion.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! I ordered two floral designs in one week and the lovely employee. Chantelle remembered me. For the second set of flowers, I asked for bright cherry designs for my sister-in-law at the hospital and they went above and beyond. Let me tell you that these were some of the prettiest flowers they had ever seen in their life. It totally made the recipients day and people could not stop commenting on the beautiful Flowers. I will definitely order from them anytime I need flowers in the Ventura area.
First time using this floral shop, was very disappointed with the quality of bouquet they brought. The flowers were very squished causing them to die on their 3rd day, they were cut very short for the length of their vase. Order was not what the picture on the website reflected either. For the price of the flowers, more was expected. UPDATE- After a week of placing this review and the company failing to reach out, I called them directly and they were able to replace the flowers. Please view the side by side of what I 1) had originally ordered through the website and expected to arrive versus 2) what arrived first and 3) what arrived after speaking with the owner. These are the flowers that definitely should have arrived first - but overall I’m glad that this was fixed. Melissa & Chantal were also very helpful throughout this entire experience.
