Definitely not impressed! Will not order from here again. Their website had a beautiful calla lily arrangement, that wasn't even available. Then it should not have been on the website. Good thing I called after submitting my order or God knows what my friend would have received! The lady at the shop said they could do different lilies and some purple calla lilies, which I expected to be IN the arrangement, not drooping at the bottom! Not worth the $200 for sure - sad face :(
I’m extremely happy with the quick service I received on such short notice. The bouquet and gifts I ordered were beautiful and a great surprise for my wife’s b-day. They went above and beyond to make sure the items were at my wife’s resort before her arrival and in her suite marking her very special day. The flowers arrived two days early and as they were for a special occasion, really spoilt the surprise I've emailed them twice with my complaint and filled in a feedback form but no-one has got back to me. Although the flowers were beautiful, I won't use again as the customer service has been non existent.
