On a brisk Saturday morning, in the midst of a national health crisis, a dear friend of mine was celebrating a birthday. I had attempted to order flowers from several of the well known 1-800 Flowers on-line businesses. Either, I was placed on long hold lines or received notice to leave a message. However, when I dialed VENUS ONLINE FLOWERS, I was greeted by a warm, caring, and professional voice, Ms. TRACY. In under 7 minutes, I ordered a huge bouquet of assorted roses and other in-season blooms, latex balloons, and a mature beverage for my dear friend’s birthday. TRACY had given her word that the flowers would be fresh, the arrangement beautifully styled, and all gifts ready for hand delivery between 2:00pm - 4:00pm the SAME DAY. At 1:30pm, TRACY texted me with exquisite photos of my order out on delivery. Upon delivery, my friend was surprised, delighted, and overwhelmed with JOY. She was speechless between the emotions of laughter and tears. VENUS ONLINE FLOWERS and MS. TRACY’s business acumen are priceless and rare in today’s world of rush to obtain the sale disposition. Today, is my first encounter with an outstanding and totally driven on delivering quality customer service, but it is not my last!! Im not sure who took my order, but she was a phenomenal help!! The microphone on my phone was messed up, so she offered to take my order via text message (in order to make sure my delivery would be processed THAT VERY DAY!). I live 6+ hrs from Alamosa, so was a delivery i couldn't make myself. She even took multiple pictures of the arrangement for me to insure i was getting my $ worth. Im glad i took a risk (sight unseen) because it MORE than paid off! This employee went above and beyond (not something a lot of people are willing to do nowadays).. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who lives far away from a resident of this area! A++ (I am in no way, shape, or form affiliated with this company. Only a 1st time customer. I plan on doing more business with this outstanding business!!)
The flowers received were a very far cry from the online picture I ordered. My mom was delighted, but didn’t know any better. I am not delighted . Not going to lie, it looked as if it was picked up from a grocer and re-arranged in a vase and a balloon tide to it. I didn’t order a balloon and think it made it look tacky and cheap.
The flowers I ordered for my mother hardly look like the arrangement I chose. I understand that things can't be match perfectly, but my siblings and I chose a brightly colored arrangement, and what my mom received today was a washed out pastel arrangement. Disappointed. I will say she received them early today, so that is nice.
