Susan was beyond helpful and helped us nail a beautiful evening. We had the private room at Catch for a friend's 40th and needed simple but beautiful cocktail table pieces as well as substantial pieces for the ends of the bar. She also helped us fill the space with 200 balloons to hang from the ceiling. We asked for dark and moody florals to go with the space and Aspen Branch and staff gave us what we asked for to perfection. THANK YOU for making our event beautiful..
When Covid-19 came to Aspen, Aspen Branch started a campaign of cheer for the employees of Aspen Valley Hospital. Explosions of sunflowers, exquisitely arranged greeted our healthcare workers as they entered the hospital at a time when most people were staying home. These floral gifts truly lift the spirits of everyone of us who enter the hospital to do our bit. Yesterday, dozens of bouquets arrived to show appreciation for our nurses during national Nurse Week. Thank you so much for your generosity at a time when your business is going through the hardships that all of our local business are facing. Amazing!

Tried purchasing a flower bouquet via email to be delivered at the LIttle Nell hotel for a friend and the assistant (no names given) asked how much I wanted to spend. I said around U$ 500 and requested suggestions for something unique and chic. The reply was simply that they would call to get my credit card number. I asked for them to send me which arrangement I would be purchasing, the answer - check our website. I proceeded asking for suggestions on the website with peonies, the answer, verbatum - Please pick something off of the website and we can proceed. Thank you. - Didnt feel assisted AT ALL!!! Very unprepared flower shop. NO customer service whatsoever.
