Living on the east coast, we were able to plan and execute all of our flowers from the bride's bouquet and headpiece, the groom's boutineer, and the table arrangements for the restaurant at a distance with text, email and phone conversations. Frankly, it’s disgraceful. Weddings are once-in-a-lifetime moments, and this business treated mine like a casual errand they could just flake on. Irresponsible. Careless. Unresponsive. Unprofessional. If I could give zero stars, I would. This level of neglect isn’t just disappointing — it’s disgusting. Avoid this place unless you’re planning a disaster.
