Very easy to order online. The pick-up was friendly and enjoyable. The flowers are beautiful, and the card was handwritten, which was a personal touch I did not expect.
I can’t recommend Fiori enough!! They were AMAZING to work with and did such a gorgeous job with all the flowers and candles at my wedding. They truly exceeded all my expectations - I off handedly mentioned that I loved the idea of lemons on the tables a year before our wedding, and they made it happen. Everything was so colorful, natural, and organic. I would highly recommend working with Fiori for any flower needs
I came in and was so excited to purchase such a beautiful bouquet! It was $20 and then 4 days later all the flowers were dead. I contacted them to replace it and they said the typical lifespan is only 4-6 days. Sorry but even grocery store flowers last longer than that in my experience. I was offered a store credit for less than I payed since it was 5 days after purchasing them or to replace some of my flowers. I went into replace them today and then had to pay a $8 replacement fee charge. Really sad because they are beautiful but they don’t last and they don’t take good care of their customers. Including pictures from the day I bought them and four days later.

My husband bought a $150 bouquet for our anniversary on 8/06. The stem ends were wrapped in house in a wet medium and the flowers were brought straight home, so a 25-minute drive in an air conditioned car, then into cold water and out of direct sunlight. Within two days, about 30% of the flowers had either browning petals, dying stems, or drooping heads, so I removed them. This photo is was taken 4 days after purchase, when I removed another 25%. What a disappointed, not to mention a waste of good money and effort in seeking out Fiori.
