I called in in the morning to deliver some flowers to a home that receptionist was very nice to schedule me for delivery right away. I do recommend them for all your occasions needs.Great customer service keep up the good work
I had a really good experience with secret garden floral. I placed an online order two days before I wanted the arrangement delivered. I upgraded to a deluxe from a standard. They called me the day I placed the order to confirm any floral changes that needed to be made due to available stock. I mentioned I really was hoping to have Iris‘s in the arrangement, they were my friend‘s favorite flower. At the time they weren’t sure if they could find some, but as you can see from the photos they were able to incorporate them. They also sent me a photo of the arrangement before they took it out for delivery less than two days later. The upgrade was well worth the price. My friend absolutely loved the arrangement. Overall, great experience. I would highly recommend this florist.
I was really disappointed with this experience, especially given the price point. The website states that the recipient will only be contacted if there’s a problem, yet my wife was proactively texted that a flower delivery was coming. That completely ruined the surprise, which is the entire point of sending flowers. On top of that, the delivery window went as late as 7:30 PM. These were birthday flowers, and having them arrive at night when I’m the one home to receive them defeats the purpose. If I had known they wouldn’t arrive until nighttime, I would not have placed the order. For $125, I expected better communication, clearer delivery expectations, and more care around the experience. Overall, it felt frustrating and anticlimactic and not worth what I paid. I contacted the company before posting this via email with no response.
