I generally do not spend much time writing reviews, but during my recent visit to town, I felt compelled to share my experience. I stopped by a local grocery store and was truly taken aback by the exceptional service I received from a cashier named Alesha. Her helpfulness made my visit memorable. In addition to her outstanding customer service, I couldn't help but notice her striking beauty, which added to the overall positive atmosphere of the store. Alesha's combination of charm, professionalism, and attentiveness truly stood out, and I believe she deserves recognition for her remarkable demeanor.
Although the store is too small for what it is, I still love the old small-town vibes that this store still provides. The produce is usually top notch, and the meat department is always stocked. Donuts and other pastries and breads that are made fresh are generally very delicious and well made.
This store is dirty and very crowded. Sometimes it smells and I've found dirty wipes on the shelves. Yesterday I bought groceries and was overcharged $155. Turns out I paid for the customers items that were in front of me. I didn't receive an apology. Supposedly the money was refunded, but I haven't received it yet. The people who pack my groceries just throw everything in the bag and usually things are broken or smashed. If you have the choice to go somewhere else I would.
Tons of variety, plus it's always clean and neat. The freshest produce, and best selection of meat. Out of Canon's three lil grocers City Market just can't be beat. 🙂
When I walked in I was quickly greeted by a kind, lovely individual who made my whole night! They complimented my hair. I had been having a stressful day, and just that sweet gesture was enough to brighten my day. The store was well stocked and I was able to find everything I needed. (I'm visiting from Utah)
