I placed an order with this flower shop and paid for delivery on the 25th, but the flowers weren’t delivered until the 26th. The arrangement itself was okay, but I was disappointed with the service. Instead of contacting me the paying customer, about the delivery, they reached out directly to the recipient, which ruined the surprise. For the price and the delay, I expected much better communication and reliability.
I can not express how happy we were with our experience! My husband and I went in and made my bouquet for our small wedding and the ladies helped put our vision together! They were so sweet and thoughtful! 10/10 recommend!!
