Ordered 2 different arrangements for a friend going through depression near this flower shop. I called to check on them, and was told by Kylie they would make sure they got delivered with a smile, and they would doll them up for recipient to be delivered on DEC 23rd. I get flowers here regularly, and they never disappoint. Kylee is super reliable and always comes through. Her arrangements are beautiful every time and always surprise me !
Whimsical Stems is my one and only stop for flowers! Ive gotten bouquets from here to give as gifts for weddings, birthdays, and even just for myself! The arrangements are always breathtakingly beautiful and go beyond my expectations!
I paid a deposit for wedding flowers. The owner of this business cut all contact and will not respond to any attempt at contact. I even showed up to her business (which is also her home). We had to figure out how to get flowers for our wedding and lost over $1000. Do not do business with Kylee it is not worth the risk. An update: After several months of trying to contact Kylee she finally texted us back. She had the gall to try and get us to proceed with her (after we ordered flowers through a different florist). She denied that we tried to contact her. She is either incompetent at running a business or running a scam. Her contract makes me suspect the latter. The arbitration clause makes arbitration prohibitively expensive and her deposits are non-refundable. Save yourself a headache and work with someone reputable.
Ordered some flowers for my wifes birthday while she was staying at a hotel there for work. My phone call with Kylee gave me good vibes as she was very friendly and helpful. She told me it would be no problem to get the flowers there the same day by 4. She also told me she would send pictures before delivery and promised she would make sure my wife got the flowers. She never sent the pictures, didn't get the flowers to the hotel until after 6, lost the card and just left the flowers at the desk with no information on who they were for. The flowers were beautiful, but the service was all promise and fluff with no real care. Don't feel like you can rely on her.
