I had really high expectations for this place as I love flowers and the pictures looked amazing online! I ordered my flowers a few days in advance online to be picked up in store in the time range of 10-11am per the website and order. I figured I would come by around 10 when they open so that I would have time to pick up some family from the airport and have the flowers before hand. I got there at 10 with all the lights off and nobody there. I stayed until about 20 minutes later when someone finally pulled up and unlocked the store. When I came in and guy that I was there for a pick up order, he told me that they had just opened. It’s fine that they need some time to set up the arrangement, but if that’s the case then the hours shouldn’t be listed as 10 o’clock and then the website shouldn’t tell me that pick up is between 10 and 11. Not only that, but I get that some flowers may be in higher demand and colors may not be exact, but one of my arrangements didn’t look almost anything like the picture at all. It also didn’t come with a card as requested, and said it would online. The vase pictured was also not the same vase I was given, even though I specifically picked that bouquet because of the vase and color. They were still pretty, but it wasn’t what I paid for. I was really looking forward to starting to get flowers from this place, but my experience has kind of ruined it.
Very happy with the customer service. The guys are very professional and well mannered. They even have deep knowledge of each flower, what it symbolises, where it grows and where the name comes from. That’s unusual. The prices are very reasonable. I’d highly recommend. I’m definitely going back there again soon for my daughter’s birthday.
I recently brought an existing bouquet to Gool and asked them to rearrange it. I am absolutely thrilled with the result! The florists took my bouquet and transformed it into a stunning, beautiful arrangement that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and the creativity they displayed were impressive. They didn’t have what I originally ordered, which I was totally fine with someone kindly reached out to help me pick a replacement and even swapped the vase for free, which I really appreciated. What ended up bothering me was the message I wrote. It wasn’t written in full, and the way it was presented looked like it was written by a first grader. My first name wasn’t even capitalized! I was so excited to support a local business, but that lack of attention to detail (especially for a message meant for a grieving friend) felt really disappointing and completely avoidable. Also, the arrangement itself was quite small for the price I paid. UPDATE: Changing this from 2 stars to 1. The company is harassing me and my grieving friend via email and text to remove the review. They claimed they are under new management but I know that’s a lie given others are leaving new reviews and are experiencing the same lack of customer service I received. Who in their right mind reaches out multiple times to a client that is grieving the loss of a loved one? Very unprofessional and lacking social awareness.
