Veldkamp's Flowers & Gifts

A friend bought me flowers and sent a picture of what was ordered and I was floored by the difference, just posting for awareness. I tried to capture different angles just to see if maybe one side would match the website photo but no luck...

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. My friend's mom passed away yesterday and I wanted to put some flowers by my friend's door, as she was not wanting to visit with anyone quite yet. I picked out some flowers that I thought would be pretty, and just plopped them on the counter. Not being talented enough to arrange them myself, I asked for help. Myneshia artfully cut and arranged them for me. Her coworker added some greens, and the arrangement turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. My friend loved them. I appreciate the staff here very much - they're why I always come back. If only all businesses could be this amazing.

I recently received a bouquet of flowers from Veldkamps for my retirement and the flower arrangement was exquisite.its been a week today and the flowers are still beautiful. Today I found out a friend of mine is going through a difficult time and I want her to receive a gorgeous bouquet to help in healing her heart and letting her know i am thinking about her during this difficult time.. Veldkamp's did an excellent job processing my flower order. In fact, they were even faster than I thought, delivering my order to the other side of town 2 & 1/2 hours after I placed it online! Good selection of colored roses, too. Thank You for the prompt action, Veldkamp's!

Last weekend I received sympathy flowers from my mother in law and they arrived a little dry. I reached out the customer service who said they could do an exchange. Being an emotional disaster I broke down at the thought of giving back the flowers that were sent in memory of the child we had just lost and just wanted to keep the arrangement. Upon hearing that Morgan instructed me to keep the arrangement and that they would send out a replacement this week so I would have flowers for longer. Morgan and her manager were so empathetic and went so far above and beyond. Veldkamp’s doesn’t seem like a business to me, they seem more like angels orchestrating a way for people to share their love. I am so grateful. Please know you have brought some very kind joy to our aching hearts!
