Living Arts Floral Designs was an absolute delight to speak to. I completely forgot a friends birthday and called them on a Monday. The woman was nice enough to answer. However, since she was closed she had to refer me to someone else. About an hour later she called stating she went to shop to get something an saw a beautiful orchard that she knew my friend would like. She was worried I haven't found someone. So, she called back asking if I did and if I would like the orchard sent over! I was happy that she checked cause I haven't yet sent someone and appreciated the thought. I requested the orchard to be sent and the fact that she doubled checked to see if I was taken care of what very considerate. I will now be using the florist for Lyons!
OH MY GOODNESS! I am so happy I chose Living Arts Floral to do my wedding flower arrangements. She was able to listen to everything I wanted and turn it in to amazing pieces of artwork! I recommend only working with the owner and being very specific about the order. I made the mistake of ordering designers choice online with local delivery. I included my phone number and my mom received a plant that was not anywhere on the website as an option (orchid) and I was never contacted about their inability to deliver to an address in Lyons. I only found out of the inability to deliver to her address when my mom got lost trying to find the studio and called me. I left a message and the owner apologized profusely when she called me back. She offered to create a bouquet for my mom when she moved (I wanted to bring the orchid back). The move took longer due to my brother getting sick and dying and we missed the eight week window...again the eight weeks was not communicated in that one conversation but is understandable. Other than the one phone call back, I struggled to reach anyone over the phone (I tried five times) and that was one of the reasons I went with online. The latest exchange occurred via texts with my waiting another week before hearing that I missed the opportunity.
This company does not exist anymore but their website is still up and you can “place orders” and be charged but never receive the flowers. I don’t know what happened but I live out of state and am unable to get ahold of anyone with the phone number listed. I had my family go to the address and they no longer are there. I am trying to get the money back that I paid. Someone needs to take down their website
