River Walk Florist

I received a Beautiful arrangement from River Walk Florist for my birthday from my son. WE as a family always try to use only local no 1800 florist as you never get the arrangement you would going directly to the shop. They must have looked up this florist and saw the reviews as they live in IL. I can't say enough about the flowers and the delivery driver was so kind. I was training my Collie and he and I talked for a bit about the different methods of training. The owner called me later in the week to ask if everything was ok. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would highly recommend trying them.

Yesterday I got a call from the lovely owner of River Walk florist telling me they had tried to deliver a bouquet to my house (25 miles south of Pueblo) but no one was home so they didn't want to leave it. She was so kind, and concerned about getting this to me. I stopped by their shop after work and picked up this lovely arrangement sent by Chewy. Today I will be a forever customer, and will recommend River Walk florist to everyone I know! Great customer care does still exist!!! I would also recommend to all animal owners that they use Chewy...after receiving several emails and this lovely arrangement I am convinced they really understand the grieving process that accompanies the loss of a fur baby!

I called to order a bouquet of flowers for mothers day for my mother in law. I said I wanted to spend $50. I was told by the florist that $50 would not be enough, so I agreed to $70. Well, that should have been my first clue to call someone else. The day before mothers day, Saturday, we received a photo of the "bouquet". The "bouquet" was what you would find at Walmart for $10 delivered in what looked like a drinking glass. For $70!!!!! We called the florist on Monday, which the number on the internet is not the building in Pueblo, its in North Denver. The owner, Sadie, advised us she used Door Dash, or something like that, that charged her a $20 delivery fee and Door Dash put the wrong tags on the wrong flowers and delivered them. Interesting how I was convinced to spend $20 more. I think it was to cover the overpriced delivery fee!!!!! Sadie apologized and said a new "bouquet" would be delivered Tuesday. No flowers arrived Tuesday. On Wednesday, we called Sadie 5 times and left messages. At 6:19pm EST we called again and she answered. She said she would have the manager of the Pueblo store call us. The manager at the Pueblo store called and said she would personally deliver a bouquet of flowers that evening. Flowers did arrive, along with a teddy bear, chocolates and 2 balloons. The new bouquet was now the $20 version at Kroger or Walmart. Still not a $70 arrangement I originally requested nor did it match any of the arrangements shown on their website. Also, I appreciate them trying to rectify the matter, a day late than promised but what 80 year old woman wants a teddy bear?!!!! I never received what i paid for and will be sure to never use this florist again. Their were many excuses due to corona, and supposedly difficulty getting flowers, if that was the case, don't take my money, tell me you cant fulfill my order. Don't convince me to spend an extra $20!!!!!

Do not order online from this store. I placed an order online and was confirmed and confirmed that it was going to be delivered today. This afternoon around 3 pm I called to verify the flowers I ordered were delivered, they were not. At first the lady told me they didnt have my order. Which was odd. She then told me she would have to call me back after I gave her the name of the order. She called me back a few mi uses later telling me the flowers were already on the van headed out for delivery. It is now 6 pm well after they have closed and the flowers never got delivered. So now I will have to wait until they open tomorrow to speak to the owner

I would have loved to give this florist 5 stars! I ordered online for a hospital order on a Friday afternoon. I understand why it wasn't delivered Friday or Saturday. But I had to call Monday afternoon and ask them to deliver it ASAP or the patient would be going home. They apologized and delivered it right away. However, it was also supposed to be a plant with balloons and a get well message to cheer the patient up. When it arrived at the room, it was sadly lacking in any cheer. The plant was healthy enough, but no ribbon, no balloons or anything else on the plant.
