I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday I ordered over the phone because I live out of state. The lady who took my order was so sweet! She listened to exactly what I wanted and then she went above and beyond by suggesting her special touches to the order. The bouquet of flowers turned out amazing! My sister LOVED the flowers! Sent get well flowers to my family member with a humorous message. The flowers arrived with a card that said "Sorry for your loss" and the flowers weren't arranged as pictured. In fact they were just a loose set of flowers. I hope that my humorous message was not given to the person who had lost a loved one.
