Received dead flowers and florist is impossible to get a hold of to make it right. Another person left a rwview with their dead flowers also, seems to be a trend, hence their 1 star average rating.
-0- stars! Delivery note says “Ava’s Flowers,” but address 726 W. 120th Ave 80234 pulls this place. They should be ashamed of sending out arrangements like this and are thieves. Spent over $100 and wouldn’t have spent $10. Sparse is an understatement. Dead carnations, lily’s aren’t open and roses will be dead tomorrow.
Flowers to my mother were not delivered on time, nor was she notified when they arrived, so they froze overnight. I left a message on the Bloom Fields website along with several voice mails during business hours, but no response.
A definite stop if you need amazing flowers. I stopped in for a quick arrangement for my mom in the hospital and even though she was clearly swamped she made me a very beautiful arrangement and it was very reasonable. I will definitely be stopping in again!
