Pick another flower shop! I ordered from out of state for a sick friend and they charged me and told me “delivered successfully” but no arrangement ever arrived. I contacted them a couple days after my order and they said they would re-deliver but they never did. They claimed they had a photo of the first delivery but then could not produce it when I asked to see it. They should have refunded me since they clearly failed, but they didn’t. So they basically took my money for no flowers and no service. Boo! Pick any other flower shop in CT folks! Just not this one.
I preordered about a week in advance. Told him I’d be there at 12. Was running a little late so you’d expect them to be done since pick up was 12. I got there at 1 - still not made. I chose him because he said he can do a graduation cap and ribbon with the slogan I wanted. Did not receive it. This florist is a scam will say yes I can do it to get the deposit and money and have it not be what you ordered. I paid $110 and received $20 back as an apology. I took it but again this florist is the worst. Flowers were brown and looked dead. Terrible experience and terrible florist.
The most gorgeous flowers around and the only florist I’ll ever trust to buy from ❤️ never a bad rose insight and even if there was, they always know how to make it up to you somehow. If you aren’t buying from angels flowers, then where are you buying them from??
Messed up my corsage for prom. Disappointed. I asked in advance and paid. They were supposed to have it made and they did not. I went to pick it up and he started making it in front of us. My corsage was with green ribbon and the petals were falling off. The ribbon was supposed to be white. Then he quickly spray painted something. He messed up the guys pin. Both fell apart an hour later. I was so devastated for prom. The one day I needed it to all go well. Unfortunately I wish she would’ve responded when I told her how it fell and this and that. Her husband had no clue we even had a pick up. I texted the wife. She told me to wait because she was busy. She never responded back. We barely have photos with the corsage. Thankfully I got these. The ribbon was not supposed to be green. It was light green which did not go well with our outfits.
Definitely not worth buying from. Purchased flowers for my grandfathers funeral they texted the day before they were due to arrive that they would not be able to deliver them because it is out of state when I put the address in on their site and was charged a shipping fee based on the location. Due to this I had to detour on my drive to head there. They did not have any way to safely transport the flowers. This was the biggest waste of money and time!!
