The Enchanted Vines

Ordered an arrangement to be picked up for a bridal shower. When I arrived to pick it up, the shop was closed even though the hours online and the store front said it would be open. I tried calling and emailing to see what happened/to get a refund since I wasn’t able to get my order. I have never heard back from them. Hopefully this is a one off experience, but based off of mine, I would never recommend this store. Extremely unprofessional to take someone’s money, not provide the service, and then not give a refund or even a response afterwards.

In a perfect world, surely some alternate universe where consumers feel safe and confident to make purchases that are void of scams and knock offs (anyone else ever order a ‘same day’ bouquet from a random 1-800 florist, spend a fortune, then see the bouquet that was delivered and it’s wilted carnations and daisies?!), every single flower shop would operate at this level of excellence. When I called Joanna in need of a same day delivery and asked if I should ‘order online’ she said ‘We don’t do that here. You tell me what you want, I make it and send you pictures. If it isn’t right, we remake it until you’re happy’. I gave Joanna a price point to work within and hung up. 10 min later, I had a picture in my messages of a GIANT (and I mean, huge) bouquet with fresh and vibrant blooms. Because I’m picky, I asked to see some versions with a little pop of color… she sent me two additional options, and I fell in love with the final arrangement, which also happened to be BELOW my price point including taxes and delivery fee. When I called back to give my credit card info and sing my praises for the shop, she shared a really personal origin story of the ‘how and why’ the mission statement of her business is run with such personal attention and great care. I highly recommend you use The Enchanted Vines for all your floral and botanical needs, and hear the story from her- she’s great to talk to too!!

It is gorgeous inside. There we're so many different types of gifts and collectables. Every new room we entered led to another. It was bigger than I expected. If you are looking for a place to shop for gifts or for yourself, this is a must. This place opened recently and I am so glad we were able to poke around for the holiday season.

So so very excited that I have found this place. It is been incredibly exceptional with flower arrangements. Gift Shop is awesome and the owner is incredible. She’s very accommodating. She does beautiful work very excited. I go here as often as I can.

This is my second order from this amazing flower shop and let me tell you I have never ever had the experience I have had here. I was not only impressed by the flowers but also impressed by the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you are getting exactly what you want . They emailed me photos to make sure my order was to my satisfaction before delivering.. Who even does that ? They will be the only flower shop I will use . Thank you so very much for all you do … much appreciated.. also I loved talking to you I just wished I lived closer I would stop in more because it’s nice and relaxing being in that atmosphere.. the gifts are incredible as well !!!
