Walmart Supercenter

I went to the deli and got some pepperoni and salami to make a Stromboli. Tell me why there’s plastic inedible casings all in my food. Wow, how lazy!!! take the casings off the deli meat before you slice it. They probably don’t even realize that’s what they’re supposed to do. Bare shelves too! No eggs, barely any milk. Maybe if they pay them a livable wage, they’d actually fill the shelf and do what they’re supposed to do before handling people’s food

This store used to be okay for delivery. But the last 5 deliveries did not make it to me. And best off all tonight's delivery said delivered. To bad the pic was not only my door but didn't get even match my door. The delivery drivers don't give a crap. If they cannot find your EASY LOCATION....they either drive back to store and say undeliverable or take a pic at some random door to collect their tip. No more. 4 times to many. Not worth the amount to pay for delivery service. Cancel subscription. I sure did. No one gives a crap anymore at Walmart.

Worst experience at a Walmart i have ever had! I placed a curbside pickup order with about 20 items. I arrived and every pickup parking spot was taken so I parked at the curb and waited. 10 minutes later and parking spot #10 opened and I quickly pulled into it and updated the app that I moved and was in a parking spot. Then the waiting began...after 30 minutes I decided to call the pickup phone number listed on the parking sign, after about 10 rings I got a recording that no one was available to answer the phone and to call the main store number to speak to someone...I then called that number and it rang at least 50 times until I got a recording saying no one was available and to call again later. Great customer service huh? I then sat was trying to decide if I should continue to wait or just leave? So I waited and after 45 minutes an employee knocked on the back of my car with my order, no apologies for the long wait and no thank you either. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this Cromwell, CT store. 100% i will never return to that store again! Fyi...I drove from Bristol because this is a supercenter and they have more grocery items then the regular stores.

I have 2 sick kids with me, I placed an order online and selected a pick up time, and then I get notified that the pick up time is delayed. Fine, I understand but then when I go to pick up my order when it’s ready, I sat in the parking lot in my pick up spot for 45 minutes waiting for someone to bring my groceries out to me. I feel like my time was completely disrespected and the staff doesn’t care whatsoever. Not an apology, not a sorry for the long wait..just a “here you go”. I thought maybe the app wasn’t working so I tried to call and of course no one answers. I’ll stick to Target from now on..but it’s Walmart so I guess so I’m not sure why I'm surprised.

Well they put the antiperspirant in a lock down and no help to take it out to buy one. To try cloths nobody there to open the fitting rooms and when you go to self service the help is on there phone. So what customer service do you have? The ones that are groceries shopping? There on there phones singing ect. No help. You say excuse me so they could help? And they don’t hear you. Why? Cause there on there headphones. Very unsatisfactory
