I’ve been to this Whole Foods many times, and there’s almost always something out of stock, often cottage cheese, protein items, or even bread. It’s frustrating to shop here when basic products are frequently missing. The employees are generally very kind and hardworking, which I appreciate. However, inventory management needs improvement, especially for items that sell out quickly.
I love to shop at this store. The customer service is great. The prices are reasonable if you know how to shop. I love the wide variety of fruit selection especially their grapes, mangoes, and watermelon when they are in season. The fresh sourdough bread, I but weekly to eat with my soups.
The salad bar and pizza have gone to dogs! For good part of last 4 years or so, they don't have good pizza cooks. There is no hygiene maintained with the cooks scrolling screen with gloves on and then using the same hand to dip in toppings ans cheese! They use same cutter for meat and non-meat pizzas. The pizzas taste really bad too. Only once, in last week of January this year there was an older (Caucasian, I think) woman who cooked good pizza. Rest is useless. Too many leftover items I'm salad bina from previous day.
February 26 around 10:00 AM — I went to the Amazon Returns counter with a valid barcode, as I’ve done many times before. The employee immediately told me to go to Customer Service because the item was “groceries,” without scanning my code or asking any questions. Her tone was extremely rude and dismissive. The employee at Customer Service counter confirmed I needed to return to the Amazon counter, so I had to walk back to do attempt my return again. The same rude employee again tried to redirect me before finally processing the return, after i insisted multiple times the returns are somewhere. She completed my return while insisting they “usually don’t do this,” which is incorrect and just rude. The return was completed, but the unnecessary back-and-forth and unprofessional attitude made it a very unpleasant experience and way different than previous interactions.
I’ve been going to this store for many years, the newly renovated designs look clean & modern. The floral department has wonderful selection of bouquets. I also adore the variety of fresh bread & beautiful cakes in their bakery department. Store is clean, All the employees are very friendly as well.
