Has anyone ever encountered a nice employee working at this Kohl’s? I swear everyone worker is miserable and rude. I would rather pay an extra dollar to go to UPS to return something and be treated with kindness. Do better you’re in the customer service industry. Would it hurt for you to greet and be kind to people? I have had three separate occasions of this and again today.

I had a wonderful experience at Sephora in Enfield CT. I was assisted by Karen. She was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I appreciate the time she spent helping me choose the best products.
I only go in this store to use the Amazon return kiosks which is in the far rear corner of the store. Half the time there's no one there, so you have to trek all the way back up front and wait in an obnoxiously long line. I don't know why everything takes so much time in this store, but it's aggravating.
