This is my first time shopping at ShopRite in Enfield. This is my first time. Using their app, etc., I went into the store and purchase a lot of items the items that I have purchased were for the circular that was for tomorrow. I didn’t realize that because this is my first time ever shopping here so I asked manager ( Rafael Delgado) if I can you know get the sale price he said no but in fact, he said no, and had a nasty demeanor and nasty attitude. That’s the problem. Let me tell you something when you have a business nowadays you have to make sure you have amazing customer service skills because let me tell you something I can spend my money my well earned money at so many other businesses OK. No, I understand he couldn’t do nothing. That’s fine. It’s the way he was like no no no just had a nasty demeanor. If it was me, I own one of the biggest small businesses on Cape Cod. I will talk to the customer show them how to use the app encourage them that you know Once you know how to use the app you will know that our sales pop up a couple days before, etc. he just had a nasty demeanor and then when I ask him his name, he showed me his badge with a little bit of a spicy attitude like he didn’t care. that’s fine you don’t care I don’t care. Let me tell you something. I pay a lot of money right and I’d rather spend my money with a company that has good workers. Now we understand he said no that’s fine. But his demeanor and his attitude is the problem. Hey $1000 a week is $1000 a week something I won’t be going to ShopRite spending . Great customer service and understanding people from all walks is very very important. He really didn’t care and that’s what made this shopping experience one that I won’t return.
Clean, organized, and well stocked supermarket! The produce is very fresh and also bundled and paired nicely for grab and go variety in a rush for dinner. I like the decor and ambiance of this store, it’s very appealing. IMPROVE: the Floral Section is very much lacking variety, creativity, space and even staffing when I have been there. STEP-UP the Floral game, especially heading into the holiday season. Follow-Me for more awesome reviews!
I love shopping here but getting brutally shocked every time I open their freezer doors is getting old. It’s been years I figured it would be fixed by now but here we are another cold season of absolutely painful and surprising electromagnetic shocks. It’s horrible and I’m in my 30s no health problems I can only imagine the elderly grabbing these handles. Great prices and sales and quality of food but this needs to be fixed
Tuesday evening I bought a cold 8 piece mixed fried chicken in Enfield and after arriving home to East Hartford discovered 2 of the thigh pieces were mostly bone and one other piece looked like a mangled drum of a wing. I don't blame the cook - I suspect the store goes thru hundreds of pieces a day and can't catch everything. I returned the chicken the next day to Colleen at the Service Desk who was super pleasant and professional. She called a manager to assist, I think his name is Mr. Delgado. I told him why I was returning the chicken and not only did he approve the refund he asked me if I wanted another 8 piece for my inconvenience. I thankfully accepted, he brought me another 8 piece, and I appreciate the exceptional customer service I received from both Colleen and Mr. Delgado.
