We have been using the shop at home and pickup since the rona and most stores are very bad at getting orders right. The Shoprite has done a very good job of getting orders right and fixing anything that is wrong quickly. I would recommend. Be aware that the parking lot is awful but everyone in Fairfield knows that.
I was there on friday ask for store grounded veal meet and people working behind counter in a butcher shop gave me fresh grounded. Veal meat that I open on Saturday and was already spoiled. I kept it in the refrigerator the pork didn't spoil but the veal meat spoiled in 1 day. I brought the meat back and let's say the customer service at that store. It's non-existent.
Shoutout to the 2 gentleman working in poultry today that helped me find a 22lb turkey. One man in particular was so nice and would not quit until he found what I needed. Also, everyone who works in this store is always so nice especially the cashiers and baggers. So helpful and friendly. Thank you!
I love shopping at this store I’ve been coming here for years but now I’m not too happy here so the manager in the dairy department I believe his name is Orlando I was looking at the bacon and and here he comes starting to stock up and starts coughing out of nowhere he didn't even cover his mouth i don’t know what it is about this guy but I know someone that use to work their and they said he always does that and the managers DO NOT DO ANYTHING about the way he acts in their he’s not a people person at all there needs to be better management in that department
