Kohl's

Terrible costomer service. Online issues to be resolved in store impossible. Store employee had our pick up bag in hand,to return items to the shelf when arrived. The order had been canceled & refunded, because of a mistake saying order was not there,dispite online chat telling them it was,I need to extend pick up. Chat said we did not get an email & it would be canceled. Store refused to reprocess order honoring prices paid. Contacted online,that said could be done that way. Not sure they do not know that,do not know how,or just do not care. I am over Kohl's. Used to be a good place to shop,but are recently are riddled with errors,that costomer service refuses to fix in store,and no customer service phone number to call or email,just chats that if you get a human,repeat same responses,even while supposed to be talking to a live rep.

This store combined the return area with the checkout area and they only have 3 check out lanes open. Its a nightmare. Line is 100 people deep.

I had the absolute BEST experience yesterday with Merna in the shoe department at Kohl’s! She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the different styles and sizes. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction the way Merna does. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made my shopping trip so enjoyable. Thank you, Merna, for your outstanding service — you are truly a gem!

I love this store. Easy in and out. They moved the pick up orders up front. Great idea.

Not a bad experience, although some displays I've needed to find things in we're rather disorganized, but I don't often have success finding anything all that specific.
