This is my first order with Rae’s Dillon Chapin Florist. Ordering on line was easy, prices not too high, knowing flowers are getting expensive, the delivery charge seemed high, but the flower arrangement was beautiful, bright and full according to my parents who received it. They were very happy which makes me happy. The timely delivery updates were very helpful. So overall I do give 5 stars. Thank you
First time customer to celebrate my wife's first Mother's Day. We were both very impressed with the service and quality of the end product. Gave them carte blanche to do whatever they wanted, as long as it was big and featured hydrangeas. I was blown away by the final bouquet and vase and cannot recommend them enough. Shop is in a great location and will be using them for future gifts in the future. Thank you for making my wife's first Mother's Day that much more special!

I contacted Rae’s Dillon Chapin in a serious time of need as I needed to keep Hydrangeas alive for multiple days. Even though I hadn’t purchased these flowers through Rae’s Dillon Chapin, the woman I spoke to on the phone thoroughly explained the steps to take to keep the flowers healthy. This was crucial because these flowers were for my wedding day which was not until Saturday… and I called on Wednesday night. I can’t thank the florist advice enough, and our ceremony was beautiful thanks to their advice which kept the flowers alive. We will certainly be using Rae’s Dillon Chapin going forward for all flower needs
Fabulous arrangement, my sister was thrilled to receive it for her birthday! The delivery text and email notification came through at 11pm for some reason. This has not happened for prior orders so there may be a glitch with your system. No biggie, but wanted to let you know. Great service otherwise and beautiful flowers!
