As a customer of your store i was happy to see a clean and well stocked store as Black Friday is two days away. However your checkout line needs some attention. There were 19 customers in line and there were only 3 of the 7 registers open The employees were doing the best that they could to keep up. As a customer I was not happy having to wait in line for 17 minutes.. but I was truly disappointed as a share holder of KSS when I witnessed two customers waiting in line push their shopping carts to the side and walked out of the store. For a company trying to turn itself around this surely isn't a winning formula. This was nothing to do with the employees as they were working hard and apologizing to customers, this falls squarely on the mangement team.

Deceptive advertising with their coupons and jacked up pricing check out girl at register 3 was not paying attention to what I asked, I asked for a price check with the coupons, I had to put my card in for the coupon to come up and when I did she charged the things to my card. And then he friend on register 2 who rang out my purchase was rude and rolling her eyes when I questioned the coupons I was offered. 30% off with card use and an EXTRA 25% off for reward members but I was only able to use 1 coupon.

Took my daughter there to get some clothes for work. She picked out 3 blouses and a pair of pants. She got three of the items from the clearance rack. Everything was reasonably priced.

Clean & stocked restroom with a photogenic vibe. Plenty of stall space, toilet paper, and toilet liners. One of the few Men's rooms that has liners & I fully appreciatie the gesture. Open to the public and a good place to stop when there is a need to go.

Decent enough place. Selection is fine and the store itself is clean and organized. You can usually find what you're looking for.
