Avoid this place at all costs. The Mystic Florist might look charming from the outside, but what waits inside is anything but. The owner is one of the most unpleasant people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with — rude, arrogant, and completely devoid of empathy or respect for anyone but himself. It’s as if customer service is a foreign concept to him. Also Stop making weird jokes and comments it’s inappropriate. And as a customer it makes me uncomfortable. As for the woman who works there, don’t be fooled by the occasional smile — hypocrisy runs deep. She talks about good energy and beauty while chain-smoking outside and pretending to care. The entire shop reeks of stale smoke and bad attitudes, which completely kills any sense of freshness you'd expect from a florist. If you like being treated like an inconvenience, breathing in secondhand smoke, and giving your money to people who clearly don’t value your business — this is your spot. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and support one of the many other florists in town who actually act like they want you there.
I called to have flowers delivered for my Cousin. The person who answered the phone was super friendly, very patient and was sure that we were going to be happy with our delivery I highly recommend
I thought it was a great little shop, and the guy who was working was really nice! He made sure to wrap up our little plants well so they didn’t get messed up in our way home.
I would give zero stars if I could. Owner was incredibly rude did not say hello or greet us when we walked in after saying hello to him. He was more concerned about us not taking any pictures inside the shop. The prices were extremely high. $160 for a box of flowers. I felt very uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to leave. As a business owner myself I was disheartened as a potential customer on how this experience made me feel. Disgusting. Not shocking this shop has a 3.3 rating, how embarrassing for them. Do not waste your time going here.
Strange experience. Walked in to pay for a floral box they had displayed outside. Had my dog with me, didn’t think much about it because the town is super dog friendly. Apparently they have a store dog that doesn’t like other dogs. Totally fine, but maybe a sign in the window saying we have a shop dog?
