I absolutely do not recommend using Western Union, especially on Sunday afternoons. The staff are unprofessional, particularly the supervisor. My refund request took almost an hour to process, even though I had my ID, PIN, and a letter of recommendation from the company stating that the refund was ready. It wasn't even processed. They don't value your time and lack any professionalism; they are simply incompetent.
I bought this item on Jan 29 2026 on Jan 30 I wanted to drink one an noticed the expiration date Dec 07 2025, I should've looked for expiration date at the store, just be careful what you buy at this stop & shop or anywhere double check
Don't ever call the store because nobody knows how to answer the phone at the customer service desk. The dumbest thing that goes on in that store is with the bottle redemption. They now have a limit where they can only Cash out $24 worth of bottle redemption receipts. The stupid part is the max on each receipt is $5. So if you have $25 worth they will give you a hard time about that one extra dollar. It's the dumbest rule in their company. Over $1 they're going to be grudge people of cashing out a bottle redemption receipt. They lie about their bottle room hours. Saturday thru Sunday is supposed to be 8am-8pm. On Sunday they're locking up at 7:30pm claiming they shut it down for the night. There's no one there cleaning it and the bottle/ cart workers are just walking around the store. By far one of the worst stores to shop at.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Katie in the flower department!!! She was so kind and thoughtful!! When I shared a story with her, she went above and beyond to send me home with a beautiful bouquet!!! Hope her manager sees this and appreciates her like I did. Keep up the great work, Katie! The same as most other Stop and Shop locations, EXCEPT it's rare to find more than 2 registers open and the men's restroom is "hold it until you get home" The deli people are an asset, and got this store its 3rd ☆. **NEW- *0/24/25** I bought 10 Cara Cara oranges, 3 were black inside, and 6 were so dry as to be inedible. The 10th was tasty 🙄. Going forward my Cara Caras will be purchased at Big Y.
