The grocery store is fine. I wish they would teach the kids who are checking you out to bag and stay off their phones. We’re already paying too much for groceries as it is regardless of where you are at the bare minimum the groceries could be bagged for you. Why am I bagging my own groceries?
Wow! Walked into this store today and thought I was in the Soviet Union. More empty shelves than ones with products on them. They should be ashamed of themselves. Never coming back here.
Acme in New Canaan is a well-run store, and their bagels are a standout. All summer after tennis, my daughter and I would stop in for a fresh batch—often still warm from the oven. More than once, we couldn’t wait to get home and enjoyed them right in the car. We’ve tried every flavor, and while cinnamon raisin is my favorite, they’re all excellent.
It was a great experience been at this place for the first time. The Personal were so kind
Pretty good prices, not always the best quality particularly for produce. That being said they have these adorable carts that my daughter loves so we also keep coming back.
