I recently purchased a birthday bouquet for my wife from New Canaan Florist and I couldn’t be more impressed! The arrangement was absolutely stunning, featuring a perfect blend of vibrant colors and fresh, fragrant flowers. I surprised my wife and she was thrilled. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them, and I’ll be back again in the future.
The flowers were absolutely stunning! I ordered the "Sweet Whispers Deluxe," and the arrangement was even more beautiful than the website's picture. I ordered them around 9:30am and they were delivered before 1pm. Doug delivered them and followed my directions perfectly. My mother was SO happy! Thank you!
Easy to order from website. Many choices and options. prices a bit steep. Flowers were high quality and beautiful. Delivery was on time. I will use New Canaan Florist again.
Ordered for my mom as I live out of state. Ordering via the website was easy and takes Apple Pay. Delivered about 6 hours after ordering (same day, so fast). Texted recipient when delivered and emailed the orderer confirmation of delivery. Flowers were beautiful! I will absolutely order from New Canaan florist again- happy to support this business.
Terrible communication and customer service. Ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday. Didn’t deliver and when I called to check on it, they didn’t seem to care and only after pushing on them did they decide it would make sense to try again. Of course, this was all 2 days after the birthday. My daughter finally got them a week later. 🙄 I did ask for some sort of reimbursement since they were late and they gave me $20 back off of an $80 bouquet, but I had to ask. Again, poor communication and had I not contacted them, I don’t have faith they would have done anything.
