Very friendly employees....was in and out on Valentine's Day morning. Won't order Teleflora flowers again though - they died rather quickly. I will definitely come here again, but will go with the florists own in-house suggestions.
June 20, 2024 I looked out my door. I said What!? Roses? Wow!!! The envelope had my name on it. I brought them in. I set the beautiful, glorious arrangement on my counter. I checked my phone for a message. Yes, I listened. The kind person left me a message. Very healthy roses . The arrangement is set in a vase with tissue paper around it.And it comes with food. I called BARNES HOUSE OF FLOWERS ,INC. By this time, I was trying to calm myself. I introduced myself. I asked. Is this the owner? The lady said yes. My name is Nina . I said nice to meet you. I continued to gush about my flowers. If you have a need to send flowers or buy some for yourself. BARNES HOUSE OF FLOWERS, INC. is your one-stop shop.
The service was phenomenal. I called to make my order and Nina assisted me. She spent time with me over the phone, asking me what I would like for color, look and price. The flowers I ordered were for a family members funeral. They came out better than I imagined. I will share my great experience with family and friends. Five stars!!!
WOW. What service. I chose a florist close to the delivery recipient and found something on their site that I thought was perfect. When I called to confirm availability, it was not. I spoke with Nina (pronounced Ny-nah) who was SO lovely! I told her a little about the recipient and she found a far better option for me. Service and kindness like this is rare these days. I'm sure the recipient will be happy - I am! Highly recommend! Thanks Nina!
We had ordered flowers - $350.00 worth for my wife's aunt's wake and they never arrived and I was never contacted except my credit card was charged. Difficult to reach by phone as usually you get a machine even during normal business hours and the message suggests that you order online. I would not recommend this irresponsible florist to anyone seeking this type of service.
