I've had excellent shopping experiences in this BJs in North Haven store. I am particularly impressed with a manager named Crystal. She runs a tight ship and is always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I may have. I wish there more managers like her.
On 3 occasions I've seen people carrying their dogs in the shopping carts. They weren't service dogs either. One occasion a big pit bull and the other 2 times looks like Yorkie type. Dogs was well behaved but people put their food there. Even if they were service dogs keep them out of the carts. Not to mention not everyone is a animal lover respectfully. I had a dog and never brought her to any store let alone a food store. Front desk seemed to not want to get involved. Crazy
Good overall experience at BJ’s Wholesale Club. The prices are competitive and there’s a solid selection of bulk items. The store was mostly well organized, though checkout can get a bit busy at times. Still a great place to save on everyday essentials.
What's going on, guys, with the North Haven store? The general management should replace all the managers at that store with people who have a proper level of education and respect for the customers. Perhaps they should improve the training and qualifications for those positions within the company, including customer service. It's very sad to see how people like this are ruining such nice stores in the North Haven area.
They need to do better with inspecting there food items I have had rotton avocados ,have seen chopped meat Gray in color Also they need to get different food products it seems they have the same items week after week! Also they need to do better In there prices example the case of can mushrooms use to be 9.99 before COVID is now 14.99 after COVID and it's not just this prices are high all through the store Also can you stop pushing the self checkout hire more people I pay a membership fee to belong to this club ,l should not have to check myself out too
