What an amazing experience! We had the pleasure of meeting Charline Poirier at Fragrance, and she made us feel truly welcome. She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, making the entire fragrance selection process feel effortless. We’ve never felt so comfortable purchasing a fragrance before. I highly recommend visiting her, especially if you’re transitioning from one scent to another her expertise makes all the difference. Super grateful!

While the store offers a wide selection of cosmetics and perfumes, the shopping experience has gotten so much more disappointing in the past few months. Every time I politely declined help, another salesperson would immediately approach, and then another, creating an obvious competition for sales. The second you step into the cosmetics are, you can be sure you have sales personnel walking towards you. Some even try to talk about certain products, which is quite rude if someone politely declines the first time around. I can say with confidence that this wasn’t always the case but has gotten significantly worse recently. Please stop harassing clientele as they browse for products.

I love Bloomingdale’s; however, this location gets added to my list of 1 stars. I was aggressively bothered by a male employee pressuring me to checkout my items on kids section floor but I wasn’t done shopping and needed to go down to the women’s sleepwear section. When I declined twice he had another employee follow me and pretend to fuss with items on the rack near me. I was purchasing underwear…I suspect it’s because I had a medical mask on…obviously everyone is sick at the moment and I have a child…as I was in the children’s section when he approached me. If I wanted to steal kids clothes, it wouldn’t be the $20 onesies I had in my hand… please educate your staff that people shopping in the kids section with masks on likely have kids and don’t want anyone getting sick………

Checking perfume today and the staff Quentin was very helpful and knowledgeable. Help finding perfume with the notes I like, and let me try them patiently. Professional and helpful.

I purchased a Jura through a Bloomingdale’s salesperson, who placed the order online for me. Only after I paid was I told the delivery would take two weeks. Within 30 minutes of the purchase, I contacted Bloomingdale’s to cancel the order after learning that William-Sonoma could provide next-day shipping for the same item. I was directed to national customer service, where I was told a cancellation or refund was not possible — despite the item not shipping for another two weeks. That I exceeded the 30 minute-cancellation window - even though it was by 2 minutes. I was informed I must wait for the Jura to arrive and then ship it back. This feels inefficient, unnecessary, and not particularly Loyalist-friendly. For a premium retailer, I expected more flexibility and customer-focused problem solving.
