ShopRite in Norwich is a great grocery store—clean, well stocked, and with competitive prices, especially when using sales and digital coupons. The staff is generally friendly, but one employee truly stands out: Robin Edge. Robin is wonderful, fair, and incredibly friendly, and consistently goes above and beyond to help customers. That kind of service makes a real difference and keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this ShopRite, especially because of employees like Robin!
Love this store. Has everything you need and the store brand Italian meatballs are almost like homemade. But be aware their Google search says they're open till 10pm but they close at 9pm.
During our visit to ShopRite on October 25, we encountered a staff member at checkout who did not greet us or acknowledge our presence. When I politely asked, “Do you usually not greet customers?” she offered no explanation. Her demeanor suggested a lack of engagement with her role. We completed our checkout at 6:00 PM. I would encourage her employer to review the camera footage prior to that time to better understand her conduct. It appeared she was reluctant to assist customers. That said, we truly appreciate ShopRite overall. The salmon was excellent—great quality at a fair price. The young man working in the seafood section was exceptionally courteous and professional. His service was so impressive that I returned later the same day to purchase more salmon.
okay so here's what happened when I went to ShopRite I was really high and I had no idea where I was I know I was in the vegetables aisle but everything was different the vegetables were like alive and they had eyes all I know was a tomato and cucumber teaching me about the bible I told him how much I wanted to marry Charlie Morningstar and they just screamed at the top of their lungs I don't understand Charlie Morningstar is the most beautiful girl in the whole wide world she's a magical demon princess she loves to sing she's like Supergirl I love Charlie Morningstar with all my heart I want to marry her I love her I dream about her giving me kisses
I went grocery shopping there today 8/01/2025 for some simple things. Long story short plums were tart and not ready.. then we get down to the Dunkaroos omg never again will I shop here I can only imagine what other products are like this!!! Never again going here !!! Let alone 6registers and only 2 open the most busiest day of the month got to do better shop rite!!
