Terrible product. Worse service. Missed delivery and bait-and-switch. I paid extra for guaranteed delivery by noon and an upgraded arrangement ($20 extra). By 2:00 PM, nothing had been delivered. When I called, I was bizarrely told the flowers would still be delivered by noon. When I pointed out it was already 2:00, they said they would refund the expedited delivery fee. The flowers were eventually delivered later in the afternoon. What arrived was nothing like what was advertised—small, sparse, cheap filler, and frankly embarrassing (see photo). Absolutely not a “premium” arrangement and nowhere near what I paid for. I called again, clearly upset. I was told: • they’d refund the expedited delivery, • delivery would be “before 5,” • and they could offer 20% off. I repeatedly explained: • the flowers had already been delivered, • I paid extra for both timing and quality, and • neither was met. The representative clearly did not understand or listen. I asked to speak with someone else. He put me on hold, came back, and offered 30% off, still avoiding the actual issue. I again asked to speak to someone else and was ignored. At that point, I said I would dispute the charge with my credit card. I stated multiple times that I was simply trying to recover $25, despite being extremely disappointed overall. That still went nowhere. Bottom line: • Missed guaranteed delivery • Extra fees taken with no value delivered • Product did not match advertising • Customer service dismissive and ineffective I will not order from this company again and strongly caution others. If timing, quality, or accountability matter to you—look elsewhere.

Incredibly disappointed, I ordered flowers for my girlfriend yesterday morning, paid extra for same day delivery. I got an email at 6:00pm saying they couldn’t complete my same day delivery, and refunded me same day delivery cost. Fine, great. They then deliver them today… to the wrong address. It was delivered to an apartment when I clearly didn’t select an apartment for the delivery, nor did I add an apartment number because it wasn’t relevant. I screenshot the receipt for my own records and there is zero reason it should have been delivered to the wrong address, this has left me very frustrated. Luckily the person they were delivered to contacted my girlfriend and offered to bring them to her himself. The flowers themselves look nothing like the bouquet pictured when I ordered. Though I’m willing to chalk that up somewhat to the season we’re in currently. Very disappointed from the service here, will not be purchasing from here again.

Edit - giving back one star because I was issued a full refund as a result of this review. I wish I had read reviews before using this service. I ordered on 2/6 for delivery on 2/9. I wanted to lift my mom's spirits on my dad's birthday - the first one she would be without him since his passing last month. The flowers were supposed to include a heart with an angel wing inscribed with "because someone we love is in heaven, there is a little piece of heaven in our hearts." Around 6:30 pm on 2/9, the company called and asked if they could substitute the pictured angel wing with a dove. Sure, no big deal. I asked whether they would still be delivered today and was assured that would. I had not yet received delivery confirmation by 9:00 pm, so I called the company to check. I was told they had not been delivered but they would upgrade the order with more flowers, I would receive a partial refund, and the flowers would be delivered ASAP in the morning. I expressed my displeasure given the importance of delivery on that day. I'm not sure how they pulled it off, but the flowers were delivered sometime around 10:00 pm to my elderly mother who was understandably afraid to allow entry to her secure building at that hour. While I'm glad she did receive the flowers, it was 10:00 pm! Plus, the substitution was so bad. The "dove" looked like a dang marshmallow peep on a stick. The expected inscription was not even included. I received a refund of $11.02 on a $71.00 order. Ridiculous.

I picked out a very beautiful flower arrangement for a family who lost their son. Ordered a custom vase as well. The flowers were pitiful and nothing like the picture..half the flowers. I'm embarrassed to have had that received by the family. I messaged the company...they offered an apology and 11$ refund on 85$ flowers. Pathetic. Please read the reviews,I wished I would have. First picture is what they received...2nd pic is the arrangement I ordered. Never again!

Classic case of what I got vs. what I ordered. Not a big deal (besides my wife's mild allergy attack from the surprise Lilies) but when I reached out to ask for either the correct bouquet or a refund, I was offered $9 back on an order that costs $70. Very disappointed and the only good thing I can say is at least they responded quick to my email.
