I unfortunately had to Remove my Five star rating for this big y. The store has declined in every aspect. The employees used to be super nice and now i feel like they are rude and are bothered to do their job. There is a male with long orange hair that works the self check out that is always hovering over while you scan and has accused my daughter, at least three different occasions already of not scanning an item when it definitely was scanned. The kitchen workers are even worse. Always grumpy and you can tell they do not like their jobs. The last two times I have ordered the party pizza I feel like it is getting smaller and smaller but the price is increasing. I know I’m just one person and my shopping doesn’t matter to them but I don’t think I will be retuning to this store for myself.
First of let me start by saying, I'd love to give an outstanding ovation to one of the best experiences I've ever experienced. This store in particular aside from it being my first time shopping here was outstanding. One of the cashiers I believe her name was Zual was so professional, beyond helpful and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in helping my family and I on what we were looking for. I'm looking forward to shopping here again with my family and hoping she is my cashier again. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!
My favorite supermarket for getting fresh morning pastries to go with my coffee. The Boston cream donuts and the pecan maple danish are absolutely delicious. The staff is always polite and friendly, always ready to help and wish you a great day. Thank you for the excellent service and for making my mornings brighter!
This is a beautiful store- very clean, well stocked, and well maintained. But my review is mainly for the bakery staff who were super helpful and did a fantastic job on our sheet cake!! We ordered a picture cake for our parent’s 50th anniversary party, and it came out AMAZING. I don’t remember the man’s name who helped me out, but he took the time to answer all of my many questions and I truly appreciated it. I will definitely return here for future party cakes.
