Kohl's

I love shopping at this Kohl's store! Friendly workers, who are helpful and not pushy. The store is always clean and tidy, and you can always find a good deal. My favorite times are when things are on sale that I didn't know were on sale😀 not to mention the earning of KOHL'S CASH is always awesome!!! (That you can use on anything in the store) The only thing that stinks about the Kohl's cash, is that you can't use it right away,..it can only be redeemed between certain dates which can sometimes be an inconvenience if you're not able to get to the store during the specified times , you then loose the Kohl's cash that you earned.. In my opinion; I think they should give you a gift certificate/ store card( without expiration ) that you could build up over time, and be able to redeem it at your convenience. Other than that, love it!

Always happy to shop at Kohls. Ever since they have been in Plainville, I have gotten all my birthday and Christmas gifts there instead of going to the mall. So much more convenient for me and love the store!

Got there at 10:23pm on Saturday and doors locked. Says here open until 11pm but they wouldn't let me drop off an Amazon return. Could be so easy and they could have if they wanted to help but that's a crazy idea these days.

Okay, I love the store. Especially with the bonus kohls cash. They were my first card ever to be approved and it opened a whole doorway to my life. Thank you for accepting me when I wanted to start my credit score journey… so many years ago!! Also: just a quick announcement! If you are making a PAYMENT and need the phone number, you CAN go into the store to pay OR use the number on the back of your card. Do NOT google the phone number, as I was confronted with a fake number asking for my social. Just be careful, and always thank the employees. They do a LOT to make the store look good and to stop what they are doing to help you find things or point you to the direction of where things are, with a smile on their face. So anyone who is trying to judge them; everyone is allowed to have a bad day. They are trying to put away all of your ripped up torn up clothes. Just try to put your feet in their shoes. Anyways, thank you & buyers beware of the scammer numbers to pay your bill out there. It’s not worth it, check, go in store, or use back of card number. Thanks!

Would be nice to know Amazon returns are only accepted in the very back corner of the store before waiting in the returns line (a sign in the front would be nice). Would be helpful if you didn't do the wildly inefficient sprawling single checkout line leading to only 3 cashiers. This is exactly why I don't buy from your store in person and prefer Amazon.
