I ordered the “goodness and light” bouquet online (pictured on the left below) as a thank you for a family member. What my family received is on the right. I selected the premium bouquet at $145.00. The bouquet did not match the tone of “light and airy” and was VERY small. When I questioned the differences they told me that I didn’t read the fine print that says that they can make substitutions. I did later double check this by attempting to place another order and it is not stated anywhere. After reaching out to them, they blamed me and said that if I wanted something custom, I should have placed an order over the phone. I, in fact, did not ask for anything custom and asked for an offering on listed on their website! I will not be using them in the future. Poor customer service and poor execution, not what I paid or asked for.

Extremely disappointed with last order. In past they have done a nice job and made arrangements that followed what I asked for. This last time they were given same instructions , same price range with freedom to go higher and what I picked up went straight to the garbage. I could have gotten better at Stop n Shop for $25. Vase was hideous , flowers were not fresh. This was ordered in advance yet it looked like they tossed in what ever was left over at the end of the day. Will never go back , won’t risk getting something as embarrassing as this last order

Wish I could rate this less. Looked up on Google as my wife started a new job in Ridgefield WA little did I know this was on the east coast...100+ dollars later no Flowers and now no answer to my emails.. what a joke.. do not order from these guys! They will steal your money. : UPDATE The charge ended up being canceled. Honestly though they did not call me the day I ordered. I ordered same day delivery you would think i would have at least gotten a call to say you called the wrong state or we can not deliver this in one day. But instead i come home and asked my wife if anything special happened that day to find out nothing happened. 24 hrs. later I did get a voice mail saying they were still planning to ship these. I didn't want flower any more. I called back with no answer left a message and no call back. Finally got a call back a couple weeks later confirming i was not charged. I changed the rating from 1 to 3 stars because the charge didn't go through but customer service needs a lot of work
