Nyren's of New England Florist

So my mom passed away and since we grew up in southington and the service was in southington i figured let me call the best florist in southington. Only to find out they are definitely not the best . I would have gotten better service from Walmart. I ordered a spray. Mid size spray. I asked for red and white roses. Asked how many roses come in the spray to be told 2 to 3 dozen. Now money wasn't an issue. The issue was this morning was the service and when I seen the spray that was delivered it was wrong. All wrong. About 1 dozen red roses no white roses at all and some stupid white flower fillers. Nothing that I asked for. Mind you I paid close to 300.00 for this spray. And I wanted red and white roses up to 3 dozen. They totally scammed me I paid for the mid size spray and got the base spray done the way they wanted to do it. This is the only job they have is to make arrangements one would think they would get it right. Well I called and told her this was not the spray I ordered and she proceeded to be nasty and say yes it is you asked for red roses and white fillers. ABSOLUTELY NOT. So she says oh yes im going to play the recording back I said OK good let me hear is also. Oh no you cant hear it she told me. Then came back on the phone pissed off telling me she couldn't hear it and tried to disregard the fact she stated she had it recorded. I said oh how convenient that now you all of a sudden dont have a recording. She got nasty saying dont tell me what you ordered im the one that took the order. Well isnt that special and you totally screwed it up. Not one time did she apologize but yet she did blame me and say oh youre going through it today and as nasty as she could said well do you want me to do something?? Seriously? Absolutely not you have done enough by robbing me of 300.00 and not sending the arrangement I ordered . Unless you are physically walking into this place and watching her make the arrangement I would never purchase from this place again. Della vecchia funeral home was also told about this and they were also shocked of her response. I wasn't looking for anything but this person to acknowledge that she made a mistake . The money is whatever to me its the principle that she could not admit she screwed this entire spray up. Be careful. Ill be posting on Instagram and tik tok since they already had the post I put on Facebook removed. Worse florist in town

She loved them. I was a little worried site unseen but Nyren's and its staff blew it out of the park. She sent a picture and I was more than happy for what I payed ill have to make sure to leave a big tip specially since I forgot this time and again well worth what I payed and surpassed expectations. On a very short notice and a very minimum budget this flower shop actually gave us some beautiful flowers for our wedding day. My wife was pleasantly pleased with the arrangement that they’ve made for us in a comfortable price range. Thank you for helping us. We had such a wonderful time, I would recommend this flower shop to help you out with all of your activities.

I live out of state . When I was looking for a florist their name came up. So happy that they did. I was very happy sight unseen what was sent to my sister for Christmas. Thank you ! Will definitely call them again also very reasonable !!! 5 stars 🌟

I’m disappointed. I initially had set the delivery date for Friday May 9th since my mom had a day off. She unexpectedly had to work and Saturday the 10th would work instead. I had called the floral shop and they were so helpful and informed me they changed the delivery date. She got the flowers delivered to her on Friday May 9th. The flowers are fresh and pretty.. however.. they don’t look like the photo on the website and are missing flowers that were in the description. After spending $100 after fees/taxes and delivery I was hoping they looked like the photo.
